Blah...blah...blah...
Lunch with Mom today at La Sandia, where we started with the Guacamole made table side $9.95...
and I had the Vegetable Fajitas $13.95 clockwise from left: Refried Beans, Rice, Grilled Vegetables (Squash, Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, Corn), Guac, Salsa, Tortillas.
Leftover Spaghetti with TJ's Meatless Meatballs for dinner.
And if this post wasn't exciting enough already, here's a pic of Thumper relaxing in the bathroom sink.
Guess where I was sitting when taking this photo?

Oh man, an ice cream sandwich with waffles sounds soooooooo good! Please do it!!

Your lunch looks really delicious. I love grilled veggie fajitas.

That pic of Thumper! What a cutie! I have a feeling I know exactly where you were sitting when you took it. That face, so precious!

Ha! I love it when kitties lay in sinks. Does Thumper play with the water if the faucet is on?

Your lunch looks perfect. Absolutely perfect!

Holy kitties, that is hilarious! Dogs are not as cute as cats when it comes to strange sleeping locations.

I am fully impressed with the spread at La Sandia. There is a strong possibility I will be required to go to a Mexican restaurant with co-workers for lunch. I hope they have a similar fajita offering.

Lunch looks fantastic, although I'm always a little uncomfortable with things made "table-side" and seeing people labor for me to eat... Looks like a nice selection of salsas too.
Thumper is gorgeous. I won't ask why you brought the camera with you into the bathroom in the first place.

Thumper looks adorababbble, but the bigger question is: why do you have a camera in that room in the first place? Imagination is a-swirlin'.

Amazing looking lunch; I want it!

You do what you have to do to get the shot.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I hope you do something with the pic you took of your brother's cat. That was definitely worthy of a cat calendar.

Ingrid, looking forward to seeing your Mexican lunch. Colorado seems to be like New Mexico, Arizona & Texas when it comes to Mexican grub. Who knew? You are constantly teaching even when you're not in school.

Molly, Thumper does love to drink from the faucet. She is great at coming up with cute photo ops.

FF, I felt uncomfortable about the potential table-side labor as well, however, it turned out that all the Guac ingredients were already in the bowl before the server brought it to the table to mash it all up. So it wasn't as laborious as one one have anticipated like making a Caesar Salad and what not.

Blessed Mama, I saw the cuteness occurring in the bathroom and went to retrieve the camera. Then 'acted casual' so to speak in order to capture the moment.

Miss Rachel, my critters aren't as cooperative about posing as Molly's. My babies make me jump through hoops.
