Eggless Egg Salad for lunch.
Gardein Holiday Roast with Chard and Baked Sweet Potato for dinner. Just about one serving left of the Gardein and Chard. I will miss it. I think.A half a Chocolate Cupcake from Natalia's Elegant Creations. There's still another whole Chocolate Cupcake left. Really fantastic. And, yes, part of this picture is in focus somewhere.
Coming up tomorrow: PB & Banana for breakfast, Mexican food for lunch.

I am happy to have won the prediction game! I should have gone a step further and guessed the type of food. I like a challenge. ;)
You will miss the roast or the chard? Or both? I still have some Tofurky leftover, and while I like it - I am over it.
So you cooked a big thing of the chard and just eat some of it at a time? Innnnteresting.
I think the fork is in focus in the last photo.
Haha I'm with FF, the fork is definitely in focus in the last photo ;) Keeps things interesting I'd say!
Oh man I want waffles now. Have you ever had waffles with ice cream for dessert? It's pretty lifechanging. Although that cupcake looks great every time. Mmmm.
Looks like a very colorful dinner. Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite vegetables. Looking forward to seeing the yummy Mexican victuals you enjoy today
Wow, those waffles look good! It's been years since I've had a waffle...I really want one now.
Hey Now!!!!
Ingrid, uh oh, can't waste that Tofurky. I will miss the Gardein Roast because it's a very delicious meal to just plop on foil and bake in the oven for a half hour.
FF, I can't believe how long one bunch of Chard has lasted. It's crazy. It's The Miracle Of The Chard.
VaVa, hey maybe I can make an ice cream sandwich with a Waffle? I do hope to make Chocolate Waffles at some point.
Miss Rachel, 'victuals'? Down here we call them 'vittles'.
Rose, Waffles are one of those frivolous things you just have to make happen. Certainly took me long enough to make them happen.
