Saturday, November 24th

It's my vacation and I had to make delicious food happen. So I dragged Mr. SV to Clare and Don's Beach Shack where we shared some Fried Dill Pickle Chips...
and I had the Blackened Tofu Sandwich.
Gardein Holiday Roast with Chard for dinner. This Roast was great, but the Field Roast En Croute is still #1 in my book of vegan roasts.
A half a piece of Pina Colada Cake (oh yes) for dessert.
One day left to seek out and find delicious vegan grub...

Pina Colada cake! I don't know how you find these things. The chard looks awesome as well. I saw some on sale today but bought cranberries and chocolate instead.

I need crinkle cut fries in my life. It's been too long. I concur with Maud on the chard, looks really good.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I like Pina Coladas. Getting caught in the rain -- not so much.

Rose, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed some Fried Pickle Chips. Now go enjoy buying a new camera and update your blog.

VaVa, thanks. Hope your headache has gone away.

Molly, that's why I return to the Blackened Tofu Sandwich again and again. FTW.

Ingrid, I love Crinkle Cut Fries too. Is it bad to buy frozen Fries when I can make Oven Fries myself? Maybe I'll be bad and buy a bag of Crinkle Cuts.
