Thursday, February 9th

Usual breakfast...Lunch was carryout Ethiopian from Warka. A coworker interrupted my photography session and started asking why I was taking pics, so this is the best shot I could get.
All the Ethiopian food was super filling, so I skipped dessert and just had the other half a slice of Hazelnut Cake from Vegan Treats.
Coming up tomorrow: Lunch at Wildfire.

Haha! So what did you respond to the photo inquiry?
I still have yet to have Ethiopian food, which is sad. Do you specifically say no butter, or is almost everything already vegan?

I was just now thinking of asking you about photographing food in public! Do tell - how did you respond?

What exactly was in the Ethiopian food? Similar to Maud, I've not had it.

All we really need in life is Hazelnut Cake. :)

Hey Now!!!!

FF & Ingrid, since you both asked/said the exact same thing, I will address you both as one: I told the buttinski that I was practicing my photography skills. Yes, I lied. They appeared to buy the explanation.

My meal yesterday consisted of Spicy Lentils, Collards, Cabbage & Potatoes. Ethiopian food is vegan friendly. It is served on and eaten with pancakes called 'Injera'. I highly recommend trying it ASAP.
