Monday, February 21st

The usual take-to-work breakfast...
Lunch was the Power Veggie Sandwich $7.89 plus .50 for Vegenaisse from Nourish Market.
Plus a cup of Split Pea Soup $2.99. A relatively expensive but outstanding lunch.
Half a piece of Sweet 'n Natural Chocolate Raspberry Cake for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: Not leaving the house. My favorite!

Lunch looks fantastic. The sandwich looks super packed and split pea soup is definitely really warm and nice.
Also, the cake! One of the best flavor combinations.

I agree with FF, that lunch looks phenomenal. The sandwich looks really hearty and packed with goodness and the soup looks really amazing. I've been craving split pea soup recently too.

You know I love rice and beans so clearly I'm a fan of dinner and that cake looks super yummy too!

I will echo the previous sentiments - I'm liking lunch. It's the least that could happen considering you had to work today, right? Do you think your company will ever join the federal holiday calendar?

Not leaving the house. *high five*

Hey Now!!!!

FF, yep, I really hit it out of the park (food wise) yesterday.

VaVa, it was a super delicious sandwich and cup of soup.

Molly, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had come to think of it.

Kimberly, I probably could create the sandwich at home. Maybe I'll try making my own sometime.

Isotope, I've been buying so many great vegan desserts, I haven't had a chance to try anyones recipes.

Ingrid, I'm guessing schools were closed. I'm a day behind on reading everyones' blogs.

Rose, sandwiches are my favorite food. I was in heaven.
