Monday, February 13th

TJ's Raisin Swirl Bread with Tofutti Cream Cheese for breakfast. (Because even though I went to three grocery stores this past weekend, I forgot to buy Grapefruit).Steamed Broccoli and Spicy Tofu from WF's for lunch. Rising Moon Artichoke and Olive Ravioli for dinner.
Coming up tomorrow: Champagne and Soy Protein.

Your cinnamon toast and tofutti will always be a hit with me! The Whole Foods lunch looks really great and that ravioli sounds wonderful! I think the cake is my fav part of the day though, I love the blueberry/lemon combo!

Champagne! Classy. It's been a while since alcohol has been featured on yr blog. I'd say the ravioli looks like a pretty awesome Valentine's dinner too...

Beautiful colors in today's food. Also I love those mushrooms in stir-fries. I think they're called button mushrooms - ? I've had the Rising Moon brand gnocchi, and it was pretty good so I imagine the ravioli would be too.
