Two Energy Bites at breakfast today because one was small...
Lunch was 'The Vegan' $5.99 Hummus, Lettuce, Tomato, Sprouts and Onions from Ize's Deli and Bagelry. Two huge *ss Pickle Spears took up the majority of the original photo, so some manipulation was performed before posting this pic.
The last of the Veganomicon Steamed Seitan Cutlets with Heinz-57 for dinner. I know this is a boring post but I can't always live and eat for this blog...

Two energy bites? Two? The world's gone mad! ...just kidding. Honestly, I'm so bad of eating just one of anything...just don't have your discipline.
The bagel shot is excellent. You can really see all the layers, sounds good! And, it just wouldn't be fair to leave the pickles out of the pic...they are an essential part of any sandwich eating activity.
All over that bagel. Fer shure. Also, I don't eat potatoes too often anymore but yrs always look great and I had to pick up two at the farmers market today. Let's see what happens.

Sweetie bought a copy of Veganomicon a while back, and I have yet to look at it, but I think I need to check it out.
Any place that calls themselves a "Bagelry" would definitely get my money. And if they serve good pickles, all the more reason to visit.
