Lemon Pasta with Tomato & Basil from WFs for lunch...
Gardein Beefless Burgers and Tater Tots w/Elise's Fry Sauce for dinner. I find these to be the best of the best in terms of Veggie Burgers. Of course, there's a price to pay for them.
More WF's goodness for dessert.
I haven't bought one of these in years, but it felt apropos for tonight.
Thankfully, I didnt die at work today. That would've been a bummer.

So glad you did not die today. Were people going nuts? I know folks in my office couldn't get over it.

Tots and gardein burgers sounds like a perfect dinner. The sauce on everything is key.

Yeah! Good for you not dying. Apparently a few people even felt it here.
The mousse looks AMAZING. Ugh.

Great to hear that all is well! I've spoken with my people in VA, and everyone has a story.

I'm about to march right into my WF and ask for some vegan mousse - looks devine.

And that WF would be in the Rocky Mountain state. . .as in Colorado (per our last conversation)! :)

I thought of you when I heard about the quake. Glad to hear you're ok! When stuff like that happens at work...as long as no one gets hurt...the upside is that they usually send you home after...at least that's what they do here.

You deserve that choc mousse!

I've tried the gardein burgers too...I agree they're pretty good, but I think they need some extra flavor, next time I make them I'm going to try marinating them in something first.

I was thinking about you! Glad that you are ok! I actually felt it here in NY too. The whole studio shook like crazy and it was so weird, I can't imagine how it felt to be in the middle of it like you! I agree you deserve that mousse!

The pasta salad looks and sounds delicious and yum tater tots!

I also thought about you when I heard about the quake. I'm so glad you that you are ok! That had to have been scary. I wonder if that freaked your pup out? I hope not.

I agree...you totally deserved that mousse! It sure does look good.

I really love lemon pasta now :)

I could so go for that mousse right now. I've been craving chocolate for several days with no chocolate readily available. Bah!

Hey Now!!!

Jessica, I work in a pretty shoddy building that often sounds like the ceiling is going to collapse. So, no, it took some convincing to believe that this time is was an actual earthquake.

FF, no acoustic ceiling tiles on me!

Ingrid, wow! A Colorado commenter! Glad to know I have a place to stay now when I go to Colorado.

Rose, nope, they didn't let us go early. We stood outside for ten minutes waiting for an aftershock, then went back in for the remainder of the day. Marinating the Gardein Burgers is an awesome idea.

VaVa, I loves me that gluten!

Michelle2, our poor baby girl was probably terrified at home during the quake. It pains me to think of it.

Carissa, there are these things called 'Current Events'. Might want to check em out now.

Molly, why would there be no Chocolate in Wisconsin?!
