Tofu Scrambler $11 at Cafe Nola for lunch. They do well by Potatoes.
Rich and creamy Amazake Almond Shake for the ride home.
Field Roast Meatloaf and Zucchini Pancakes for dinner.
The other half of my Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar from The Common Market for dessert.
Preparing for cube dwellage in the am.

How was that Amazake shake? I feel like I've heard of it before but I never see it...or maybe I'm not looking? It sounds good though.

The shake looks good if it is like almond milk, I love almond milk :-).

The breakfast looks super tasty...I have to say though, I'm always a little disappointed when tofu scramble isn't really mushed tofu. They do that at a veggie place near us...but it's tasty.

Cube dwellage...blah!

Yes, another restaurant! I agree, those potatoes look great. They almost un-balance the other side, which looks like light and healthy.

Hope you are doing well in your cube. One day I might be a cube dweller too.

I just tried that amaze almond shake for the first time last week. It's surprisingly good!

Wow, all of your food looks really good, especially the tofu scramble and potatoes. How did you like the shake? i've wanted to try amazake for a long time, especially the almond flavor (I LOVE almond flavored anything)...was there a lot of sugar in it? I should check that out.

We just had Field Roast meatloaf tonight! Mike loved it. Me, not so much. He's had it before at a cafe in Milwaukee where they put it on bread, topped with mashed taters & gravy. It's a huge sandwich!

Hey Now!!!

FF & Alessandra, the Amazake shake was pretty damn good. Thick, creamy, almondy. 400 calories in the little bottle, so it had better be good.

Rose, I, too, prefer my Tofu Scramble mushed. They shouldn't call this dish 'Tofu Scramble'.

Jessica, cubes are not healthy. Do not accept a cube. Fight for an office!

Dianne, the Amazake is totally a treat. Kinda doubt the nutritional/protein value.

VaVa, no sugar in the shake which is surprising cuz it is definitely sweet.

Deb, it was a great dish. High quality Olive OIl and just the right amount of seasoning.

Molly, I will have to add some bread & mashed potatoes to my Field Roast Meatloaf! Sorry you didn't like it. I sure do.
