Saturday, August 27th

Lunch was The Ultimate Vegetable Wrap - Hummus, Roasted Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Carrots, Spinach and Shaved Red Onions in a Tortilla Wrap~ $7.99 at The Main Cup. One wrap. Two visions. My pic:
Mr. SV's pic:
WF's Asian Tofu and Steamed Broccoli for dinner.
Jokerz Bar for dessert. (It might've gone through a few temperature changes since I bought it).
Still just getting heavy rain so far, but the Thundershirt has been deployed. So far successfully.
Six to twelve hours to go. Hoping FEMA can step up to the plate.

I like the different shots of the wrap! I'm trying to analyze what the flashy brightness of yr bird's eye photo means contrasted with Mr. SV's subtle, food level shot.
Good luck with the Thundershirt; weather like this makes me want to dress my cat up in weird costumes too.
(Stay safe + dry)

That is a beautiful looking wrap; everything is perfectly arranged inside. I like the double shot too; yours has such a vibrant hue to it...I think it wins out over the two. (Don't tell Mr SV if that will hurt feelings.) The tofu and broccoli looks pretty yummy too.

Glad to hear everything is stable there so far. Stay safe over night...and glad T shirt seems to be helping so far...I wonder if something similar would work for people, sort of a Stress Suit to wear for those extra stress-filled days at work. Now, that would be brilliant.

What a cute JRT! I have one too : ) Is your vegan as well?

I'm so glad to hear that the Thundershirt is working so far.

The wraps look fantastic. I love all of the colors in them. Yum!

That wrap does look ultimate for sure! How does that thundershirt work for your pup anyway? I always wondered. My dog does fine with thunder but not fireworks.

Your pup looks adorable in that Thundershirt. The paws say "I'm scared" but the eyes say "I trust you".

Hey Now!!!

FF, guess Irene hit you much harder than it did us.

Rose, you're just saying that. Thanks, though!

EVG, no, our critters aren't vegan. However, they only eat organic vegetables with added yeast and vitamins and a little raw Turkey. I need to work towards a vegan diet for the pups.

Molly, it was an excellent wrap -- around the pup and around the veggies;-)

Carissa, something about the snugness of the Thundershirt makes the pups think it's all business at hand. No time for funny stuff.

Jessica, that's exactly what a JRT is all about. Such little soldiers.

Michelle1, it was a great wrap. Can't wait to have another one.
