WTF Wednesday

A 'Shenwich' for lunch.
Gardein Crispy Tenders w/Heinz-57 and Roasted Green Beans for dinner.
Thanks to all who thought of me after the quake yesterday.

I love those gardein tenders. Did you try the stuffed turkey chicken thing they had around thanksgiving? That was GOOD! Of course dessert looks amazing and I'm a big fan of the shenwich! Now that I have gf english muffins I should totally make one!

I love the Shenwich and I love those Chick'n tenders too. They're great in a vegan caesar salad! I hope to post about it sometime.

But, I have to comment on your last post: What???? They didn't make you go home until they had the building inspected for structural damage?? That sucks. It's usually good for at least half a day off! Glad no one was hurt though, and that's the most important thing.

I almost ate a shenwich today!

Your Wednesday food totally rocked! That Shenwich sure would be tasty for my lunch today. :o)

I had no idea there was a quake there. :( I never watch the news. I hope all is well.

A cookie on top of ice cream is one of Mike's favorites. While there is chocolate in Wisconsin, Sheboygan is another story. Not too many choices around here, or maybe I'm too picky. Anyway, I just got an order from Vegan Essentials and am once again at peace (since it contained chocolate). :)

I am in awe of all your olives. That is indeed a Shenwich signature side.

Are you off the booze, or just not mentioning it? If a) - major props or b) none of our business anyway.

Hey Now!!!

VaVa, yes, I have some of the Gardein Stuffed Things from last T'giving in the freezer. Great stuff.

Rose, 'structural damage'?! That is so hilarious! It ain't the Eiffel Tower I'm working at. Any structural damage to my office building would be an improvement.

FF, who 'almost eats a Shenwich'?! They're a lot of work to assemble!

Michelle2, you can never go wrong w/Hummus and/or an English Muffin.

Molly, you're on a 'news fast' as well? I know it's supposed to help mental well-being, but I've never been able to do it. Hence, the next answer...

Jessica, still on the booze. If I went off it, that would be worth mentioning. I just can't think of a new/interesting way to present the same old same old.
