Over a pound of Salad from Whole Foods for lunch...
Field Roast Celebration Roast with Imagine Mushroom Gravy, Baked Potato and Roasted Green Beans for dinner.
Pineapple Coconut Cake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
Another Monday in the can.

I love the whole foods salad bar. Such yummy, fresh food. Nice "meat" and taters dinner too! And the cake, I don't even need to say that I'm drooling over it!

That is one good lookin salad!

And that cake...my man sure would love to have that too! lol He LOVES coconut...that's his fav. I was the one who never really liked it. I like it now though. I like a whole bunch of stuff now that I would have never thought about liking 2 years ago. :o)
