WFH Wednesday

Lunch was a towering Nora sandwich made with WF's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Spinach on a toasted Ezekiel English Muffin.
Dinner was Tofu Scramble with Oven Fries and Yves Breakfast Patties.
Dessert was a slice of WF's Vegan Harvest Berry Pie.
Lots of Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon. See you tomorrow!

Do you have something against pickles? Two posts in a row without mentioning the little buggers. Poor little guys.

Those towering sandwiches really do make my mouth water... as do the pickles...I've been known to eat an entire (small) jar of pickles in one sitting. I try to restrain myself though. Tofu scramble looks good too...sometimes breakfast for dinner just hits the spot.

That tomato looks so amazingly fresh and juicy! Welcome, summer!

Hello, Ladies!

Michelle, I've given up hope on getting the paninis. I knew they were too good to be true. Why haven't you been blogging?

Blessed Mama, sorry, I forgot your obession with brined food. I wont overlook pointing out the pickles ever again.

Rose, thanks! I think my chives might be getting little buds. I'm catching up with you!

Dianne, the tomatoes were almost too blindingly red when I took the pics. They're those ones that come on the vine.

Brined food! Yes, I guess I have a thing for them that I never realized.
