Lunch was off Harris Teeter's Asian Cuisine Bar -- General Kazu's Tofu with Broccoli...
I have a ton of leftover Brown Rice from PF Changs, so dinner was Stir-Fried Rice made with Tofu, Asparagus, Water Chestnuts, Soy Sauce, Scallions and Garlic. A drizzle of Asian Chili Sauce on top.
Purely Decadent Cookie Dough Ice Cream for dessert...

That stir fry looks delish...I can't get enough asparagus at the moment. Your posts always get me craving something...this time it's wine...I'll have to have a glass when I get home.
Asian Chili Sauce, that sounds good. i love doing things with leftovers. uh mostly just eating them cold in the middle of the night....but this is smart
