Breakfast was a massive Anjou Pear. Lunch was a bottle of Ginger Kombucha....
...and some Stir-Fried Seitan with Bok Choy from Whole Foods.Two steamed Artichokes with a dollop of Veganaisse for dinner. I've been dreaming of these since Saturday and they didn't disappoint. Three more of these bad boys are sitting on the kitchen counter waiting to be steamed.
Lots of Frontera Malbec. That's all I ate today. See you tomorrow!

Mmmm...artichokes! I'm so glad I made some this season. I let last artichoke season pass me by on accident.
