No breakfast, Instead, a mid-week lunch with Mom at La Sandia...
the 'outdoor' section was full by the time we arrived, so we sat way in the back, hence the dark photos of our Guac made fresh table-side...
and the Market Vegetable Fajitas that we split. La Sandia did a great job. It was all fantastic...
a PB & Jelly on an Ezekiel English Muffin for dinner/dessert..
Still plan to be careful tomorrow, as a non-deliciousness phase is lurking. Bye for now.

Beat off that non-deliciousness phase with a spork! Lunch does sound pretty tasty, dark lighting and all.
Lunch looks wonderful! I love meals like fajitas that are interactive make your own kind of things, and that guac looks great too.
PB and J is one of those delicious things i forget about...and now I desperatly want one!
Kettle corn doesn't use butter (it would burn cooking), usually veg oil or coconut oil. Trader joes has bags of already popped kettle corn in snack sized that are pretty good and butter free for us microwave free people.

Lunch looks incredible!! Definitely a big turn around from yesterday and this is a good sign that deliciousness is still in sight for you ;) you certainly can't go wrong with pb and j for dinner/dessert!
Hey Now!!!!
Ingrid, lunch was very good. La Sandia is another option to go to w/ Grandma if she likes Mexican.
Unknown, it is pretty hard to make a bad PB & J, but it can be done. I didnt know that about Kettle Corn, obviously. Good thing I am not a Popcorn fanatic like Mr. SV, he eats it almost every day
Sarah, the non-deliciousness phase is still lurking, but I am trying my best to thwart it.
