Sunday, October 26th

Breakfast was at Whole Foods, where the only vegan hot food bar choices were: Potatoes, Plaintains or Oatmeal. Yes, I added Ketchup after the pic was taken...
a refreshing Kombucha washed down almost a half a pound of Potatoes...
So while breakfast was not the most exciting, it was still quite tasty, and, more importantly, look what I found whilst shopping aterwards -- Vegan Ravioli!!! Gotta keep checking the WF's Fresh Pasta aisle every! time! You never know when the Vegan Ravioli will make an appearance...
I admit, LPQ has really been letting me down a lot lately. To the point where I could see their entire chain pretty much shutting down. But, today they really redeemed themselves with this seasonal 'White Bean Soup'. I heated up a bowl to enjoy with a slice of their WW Bread for lunch. Excellent...

WF's Breaded Tofu with a Dawson's Market Mac & Cheese Muffin for dinner. Pretty freakin great...
Buttercup got out of the barn and up on the overhang this afternoon. She was loving life up there, just rolling around and around, while I called her name over and over...
Yes, I have lots of desserts on hand, but I think I ate enough for one day. Bye for now.

*HA! Your description of Buttercup's antics, in addition to that photo - hilarious!

Looks like some delicious eats from Whole Foods in your bask+et-+ (I'm leaving that typo - "Remy was here"). Still jealous of your breaded tofu, as there is none here!

I love Ingrid's Remy typo. I'd let Haxan leave you a comment too but she just tore into the other room for reasons I'll never understand. Love the photo of Buttercup! She's so adventurous.
I've never thought to look in WF's fresh pasta aisle... though now that I think about it, I'm not sure we have one anyway.
White bean soup sounds pretty good, but the breaded tofu and mac muffin look even better.

Good breakfast potatoes are therefore a good breakfast! Glad there was ketchup involved.
I had that same soup today!! Great minds...:)) the restaurant we were trying to go to for brunch had a crazy wait, had this and we split the vegan kale ceasar salad (vegan since i had them put all the parm on my friend's plate). The soup is amazing.
Glad to see your tofu is back, it always looks delicious.

Love the kitty pic! That is too funny....somehow all cats love to get on the roof. I'm always looking for mason but its been forever since I've seen him :/ hopefully he's on a fabulous vacation with his mommy.

Ahhh Buttercup! What a cutie!! She's a little daredevil and such a sweetie :)

I am not going to argue with potatoes for breakfast ;) Do you like plantains? They would have been a nice addition to the potatoes... well I guess depending on how they were prepared. I'm with Ingrid, I wish we had the breaded tofu here, it looks sooooo good! And so does that soup. Great looking meals but sad that LPQ has been going downhill lately. I think it started when they got rid of the matcha muffin... it was all downhill from there.

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid. Remy must be so thrilled his great-grandfather chose the surgery!

FF, maybe Isa has a White Bean Soup in that book you're cooking your way through.

Unknown, glad to know you thought the same thing about the White Bean Soup.So flavorful. i'm planning to stock up on more this weekend before they find out I like it and take it off the menu.

VP, I was truly happy for Buttercup that she was having such a fun time being just beyond my reach.

Sarah, i wrestled between the Plaintains and the Potatoes, but WF's Potatoes are always a sure thing. That was really lousy of LPQ to get rid of the Matcha Muffin. Thanks for reminding me that I have several in the freezer.
