Friday, October 10th

Sometimes you just need an all brown food day. Starting with some Nature"s Path Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch with Hemp Milk...
A Gardein Burger with Oven Fries...
WF's Breaded Tofu with Roasted Cauliflower...
and Almond Milk Mocha Almond Fudge for dessert...
I anticipate mega carb intake tomorrow whilst primarily sitting on my *ss all day. Tune in to find out why. Bye for now.

Well brown doesn't mean boring! Although it is impressive how monochromatic everything is... :)
The fries look way better today, and the ice cream has some great swirls in there.
I hope everything is ok and you will just be sitting on your a$$ waiting for the cable guy or something....

It changes but the other day my meatless ball salad was kale massaged with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper, shredded carrots, some leftover roasted zucchini and onion, cherry tomatoes, roasted sunflower seeds, the hot meatless balls, and a glob of TJs tomato basil hummus as the dressing. I'll throw anything into a bowl and call it a salad meal.....

I agree, all brown food days can be so good! Your brown meals look great. So jealous of the oven fries and ice cream. And mega carbs happening tomorrow! Today (Saturday) is the perfect day to sit around and eat carbs and watch crappy movies ;)

Uninown, oh the days of waiting for the cable guy. What a horror that was. So a simple Massaged Kale Salad isnt enough?! i cant imagine after going to the trouble of cleaning and cutting up the Kale and then massaging it, that I would be up to adding anything else to it! Quite an extravaganza you create!

VP, carbs are too damn delicious. They would probably be 90% of my diet it it werent for the blog. So now they"re more like 70%.
