Friday, October 24th

TJ's Cream Cheese on a toasted Wegman's Pumpernickel Bagel for breakfast...
Red Curry Tofu from Thai Deelish for lunch...
Pineapple Jerk Seitan with a Mac & Cheese Muffin. Both from Dawson's Market for dinner...
I tasted none of the below ingredients in the Seitan...
No dessert. Maybe something new or different tomorrow. Probably not. Bye for now.

Oooh yes please to everything! If the seitan didn't taste like the jerk seasonings what did it taste like? Or was it just bland nothingness. That would be disappointing. Breakfast looks sooooo good though!

Hopefully brunch will bring you something yummy! I always enjoy seeing your weekend brunches.

Haven't seen the bagel breakfast in a while- its been to long for me too, gotta fix that!
Hope mom feels better soon to resume lunching. Too bad about the jerk seitan- dawson's seems to have good ideas and yet blunder on the follow through....

I'm a serious condiment lover- the right sauce or drizzle can make such a huge difference! My latest obsession has been this fig walnut confit that i need to figure out how to recreate...

I hope Mom feels better soon!

Well darn it, I wasn't craving a bagel while on this cleanse till I saw this post - thanks, Shen! ;) Pineapple Jerk Seitan sounds good, but judging by your reference to the ingredients - it must not have been so great?

I hope that today brings something new AND different!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, the Seitan tasted liked boring old Seitan. Major rip-off. I got a brunch this morning and am hoping for brunch again tomorrow, so that was positive.

Unknown, what kind of sandwich would have Fig Walnut Confit? Definitely not Tofurky or Eggless Egg Salad.

Ingrid, unfortunately, the Pineapple Jerk Seitan was not good. But the Mac & Cheese Muffin made up for it. Dont let yourself be spoiled by a Bagel with Cream Cheese. I will soil myself for you (that doesnt sound right).
