Thursday, October 23rd

Kashi Cinnamon Harvest with Hemp Milk for breakfast...
Tofurky Oven Roasted Deli Slices for lunch...
Dawson's Market Lentil Soup with LPQ Bread for dinner...
Only seven ingredients, but if I put the same seven ingredients together, it would suck...
A Vegan Treats Pumpkin Glazed Donut for dessert...
Another excellent food day (well, lunch was just so so). Bye for now.

All good stuff. I really wanted cereal this morning but had none :( It goes too quickly in my house.
Nice looking dounut. I don' think I've had any pumpkiny treats this year yet either. Got to remedy that.
Don't sell yrself short on the soup. They probably just add more salt than you would.

I see the Lentil Soup has been a frequent visitor to your days this week! I am inspired, although, as you mention I would need a recipe or guidance because I doubt it would turn out as well on my own.

I also need to make something with pumpkin ASAP!

Did I miss lunch with Mom tomorrow? Italian or Mexican!

Fancy sandwich bread there today. Hard to get excited over a sandwich unless there's fun stuff like avocado or olive tapenade or mushroom pate involved.

Don't underestimate yourself, that lentil soup would be very easy to make! Could use a few more ingredients if you ask me....(thyme, mushrooms, rosemary, olive oil, etc)
Fancy doughnut! Did actually taste pumpkiny? Some of that stuff doesn't and its just orange.

My curried cauli had salt and pepper too, but i actually didn't have anything appropriate for dipping- thought it would be weird with my leftover romesco sauce or my favorite dijon. Didn't think that one through....!

Hey Now!!!

FF, no Pumpkin Beer for you? i thought you were into that stuff.

Ingrid, Lentil Soup must be considered okay as part of your cleanse? Mom has been under the weather. Hopefully regular lunches will resume on Friday.

Unknown, the bread is unusually photogenic, but your Sandwich ideas are great. I think Lettuce and Tomato is a special addition as you know. Gotta stock up on more condiments. Yes, the Donut was actually Pumpkiny. I will keep an eye put for Orange Cauliflowers at the Farmers market tomorrow.

VP, ha! I used Mustard on yesterdays Sandwich, but I think I prefer Mayo. What do you prefer?
