Friday, October 3rd

Today was actually a repeat of Tuesday's grub: Dawson's Market Eggless Egg Salad on a toasted Rudi's English Muffin for breakfast...
WF's Black Bean Soup for lunch (this time not boiled down to a crisp)...
and Gardein Beefless Burgers with Oven Fries...
I am able to resist dessert tonight, so howzat for a dull post? At least it all tasted great. Bye for now.

If the grub is good there is definitely no need to stray! The meals look great again and the soup definitely looks more soupy this time :) These are definitely good, comforting fall meals. I really need to make some oven fries, yours always look so good. For some reason I also have a twice baked potato idea stuck in my head so maybe I should make that happen. Random Friday thoughts ;)

Wonder what brunch will bring tomorrow!

Sometimes food needs to be familiar and comforting and predictably delicious..... If it ain't broke and all that.
That black bean soup really is black! And that cheesecake is a hard act to follow, so maybe by not having dessert you also avoided dissappintment.
More honeycrisps over here. I try not to look at the astonishing price ($5/lb organic!) since the season is so short and they are so good.....

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, I have never had the patience in my life to make a Twice Baked Potato. Cant imagine having to bake a Potato more than once.

Unknown, I really wanted the pic of the Black Soup to look less Black, but to no avail. I was able to obtain a few Organic Homeycrisps at Wegmans for $3.99/pound (after already buying several Gala Apples at WF's cuz they didn't have Organic Homeycrisps).
