Monday, August 11th

An Amazing Grass Smoothie with Hemp Milk, Frozen Banana and a Plum. I like it better with a Date....
Tofurky and Just Mayo Sandwich for lunch....
WF's Herb Crusted Tofu and Roasted Squash for dinner....
the last of the WF's Cherry Pie for dessert...
Wild Rabbits are always a joy to see. They hang out in plain sight to distract predators from their nest of babies. So brave...
Last night, we just happened to look out the window at the same time three babies were hopping around near the heat pump. This afternoon, I was able to sneak up to get a pic of one while the above parent watched from a distance. I hope they all stay safe...
On the subject of predators, below is a long distance pic of an elusive beautiful cat that visits our yard from time to time just to observe. I cant get close, but I'd love to..
Enough pics for ya? Bye for now.

Ahhhhh the bunnies!!!! How adorable, especially the little baby! I can't even, they just brightened my day. The kitty is beautiful as well.

Great looking meals. You reminded me I need to pick up some dates for smoothies. I won't be getting PF Chang's next week because I decided to do a week of raw food because I haven't been feeling great lately but I will get there, I promise! I like the return of the pickles and that pie held up really well!

Oh, and I'll be watching all four of the animals, TJ is going to be left behind this time. More cuddles for me!

Yay! Great critter pics! Remy is intrigued by bunnies, for some reason. More as a playmate than a prey. (He could care less about squirrels and birds.)

WHA BUNNIES. I want bunnies. Smoothie still looks good. Do you like yrs thicker or more liquidy?
Picture perfect cherry pie. I made a resolution to make one pie before the summer is up but maybe I'll just try to buy a vegan pie...cuz I'm lazy.

Yes, smoothies are always better with a date ;)
Is that new 'fu for dinner? That pie served you well but it must be past its prime now....
Bunnies!!! What adorableness! And the lurking kitty is too cute!! He (?) looks a lot like Gizmo, a real sweetheart we had when i was a kid....

And you are soooo right- LPQ's chia pudding is way better than the vanilla chia pod. It was fine but dunno that i'll be rushing out to buy it again. Gonna stick with the coconut chia warrior for my chia snacking needs and keep making my own pudding (which is also better than the pod)

Hey Now!!!!!!

GFHTummy. it was all about the deliciousness (with a little nutrition).

Sarah, your health and well-being must come first. Gotta stay well enough to take lots of critter pics.

Ingrid, I think Remy descended from a long line of lovers not hunters.

FF, what I lack in Vegan Donuts, i make up for in Bunnies. I prefer thick Smoothies, but I am not good at thinking of things to toss in the blender, so mine are kinda watery at this point. What kind of Pie would you make? Blueberry?

Unknown, it was old 'fu last night, but I got four slabs of new 'fu coming st ya.Tuxedo Cats are my favorite (followed.by Maine Coons). It is a shame about the Chia Pods. Such a great idea for a product, but I wont be buying it again, and, unlike you, I am yoo lazy to make my own.

VP, I saw the Mama Bunnie just now, so I am hoping that means her babies are nearby as well.
