A WF's Everything Bagel with TJ's Cream Cheese for lunch...
Today I learned that leaving the LPQ Gazpacho out of the fridge a few hours before consuming makes it both prettier and tastier..
More WF's Herb Crusted Tofu for dinner. This time with Roasted Zucchini...

The tofutti looks nice and melty (or at least as melty as tofutti can get) so I'm guessing the bagel was toasted? It looks really yummy however it was prepared. The gazpacho does look really good! Did you leave it out on purpose or did you forget about it?Out of the Bubble is such a cute name! The cookie looks great!
I've been craving bagels lately, yours looks great! I hope the gazpacho was still at least cool if no longer super cold. Apprently when food is really cold it dulls the overall flavor so it makes sense it tasted better.
Who is this bubble bakery? Are they better than randy's cookies?
Today was so hot and yucky here! I had to run all over the city today too... Bleugh. Shoulda picked up gazpacho myself.

You are making me question my "perceived" dislike of gazpacho. I say "perceived" because I'm not entirely sure I've ever had it. Hmmm...
Everything Bagel lovers, unite!
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, I was surprised how melty the Cream Cheese got too, but i liked it better that way. I left the Gazpacho out of purpose. Wish I had thought to do that with the other two bowls.
Unknown, Did you pick up lots of delicious cold drinks on your jaunts? Out Of The Bubble Bakery is just a couple sisters baking allergy free goodies. Gotta say, the Cookie was pretty great. I want to get more. I am assuming Out Of The Bubble refers to that John Travolta Bubble Boy moviie where he was allergic to everything.
Ingrid, I wasn't a Gazpacho fan either. Unknown told me to try LPQ's version, and ,as usual, it was a great rec. I probably would not have tried it if ahe hadn't said to. But that in.no way means I am telling you to try Gazpacho.
