Friday, August 15th

These two delectable juicy Peaches required about a half a roll of paper towels to devour. Fortunately, no one else was around while they were consumed because it was not pretty. Anyway, thanks for encouraging me to give Peaches another try, Sarah. I let these ripen for five days and I can officially say that my faith in this fruit has been restored...
A Health Warrior Coconut Chia Bar was also part of this nutritious breakfast...
Carryout from PF Changs for lunch...
The MaPo Tofu was 'spot on' as Mel B would say...
Too lazy to make Fries, I just had a Baked Potato with Sour Supreme and more Heirloom Tomato on Boca Burgers for dinner...
LPQ tomorrow? That is my goal. Bye for now.

Yay!! I'm so glad you went for the peaches and let them ripen. I can see all of that juice, it looks amazing! The best peaches are the ones that end up all over you :)

Delicious looking spring roll and Ma Po Tofu as always. Are you still using up gift cards? That's impressive if you are. Nice looking baked potato for dinner too :)

I will try not to be lazy next week and take pictures of tons of smoothies, fruit and salads lol. I got one of the spiralizers that Ingrid has so I'm going to be making zucchini pasta too!

What a healthy breakfast. I just can't get down with peaches! I think it's the same problem you seem to have expressed with watermelon. It's too messy for me to really enjoy it.
making a baked potato is totally not lazy! Biting into a bell pepper and eating it like an apple is lazy. You really only skipped the potato cutting step.

Those do sound like good peaches! I can't remember the last time i had a really good one... And i had a coconut chia bar today too :) good stuff.
Great idea with the tomato on the burger patties. I'm headed to visit my family in CA at the end of the month and have been promised lots of ripe tomatoes in the backyard. Baked potatoes are underrated.

If you're going to have your chia seeds forever (like i will) its best to freeze them- just like nuts they can go rancid over time and get a gross bitter nasty flavor.

Hey Now!!!!!

Sarah, I bought four more Peaches today, so you have successfully sold me. Only 73 cents left on my gift card, but I am sure I will get more for future anniversary/bday/xmas. Looking forward to seeing how you utilize your Spiralizer. I wasn't coordinated enough to use mine but one time years ago. Still sits on the counter unused.

FF, Mr. SV is the only person I have ever seen teat a Pepper like an Apple. He has eaten Potatoes like Apples as well, have you? I needed to be hosed down after those Peaches. I plan to consume them, at home in private next time.

Unknown, has it been a year since your last visit to CA? I remember last time you got sumburned and someone adopted a Chihuahua mix. I am destined for rancid Chia Seeds, cuz there is no room in the freezsr for that bag. Guess I can try the fridge instead? Couldnt hurt.
