WTF Wednesday

Kashi Indigo Morning Cereal with Flaxseed Milk for breakfast. Thought I'd try new cereals just as a thing to do.
Salad from the WF's Salad Bar I picked up yesterday to which I added Tempeh and Goddess Dressing.
Cheese Ravioli for dinner...
I thought I'd prefer the Mushroom over the Cheese, but they are both outstanding.
An entire Coconut Cupcake from Sweetz Bakery for dessert. They're very small and light.
WFH grub tomorrow.

If they're very small and light, you probably should have had two.

I've never heard of that kashi flavor! Is that a rehydrated blackberry I see? I don't know how I feel about that if it is. How did you like it?

The salad looks great! I can't remember ever seeing vegan cheese ravioli, sounds great! My mom makes lasagna using ravioli as the noodles (for a very rare decadent treat on a special occasion) and it always looks good. I bet it would be great with a layer of cheese ravioli and a layer of mushroom ravioli. Yay for cupcakes!

Gorgeous lunch salad! I am a huge fan of the add your own stuff to grocery store buys :) and i seem to put tempeh on anything. You must have a special vegan ravioli source- they're the best kind of pasta because there's a surprise in the middle. And another good looking cupcake, very elegant to eat with a fork.
And, hahaha, my ice cream was more like a half pint of coconut bliss coconut eaten from the container and referred to as "dinner".....

I missed where you got the ravioli. Is it from WF? I'd love to check it out!

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, eat two cupcakes! Now you tell me!

VaVa, the Berries in the cereal gave it an interesting 'sour' kick. It was pretty good, but not my favorite. I think that Ravioli Lasagna originated with Rachael Ray?

Unknown, Coconut Bliss Coconut is so great. Literally 'Bliss'.

Blessed Mama, I got the Ravioli at a local market similar to WFs. Not sure if it's available nationwide yet.
