WTF Wednesday

Breakfast was extremely pleasurable...
A 'Bangkok Burrito' - Tofu, Thai-Style Peanut Sauce, Asian Slaw, Cucumbers and Brown Rice from  Boloco for lunch...
Morningstar Farms Vegan Grillers with Daiya and Mac & Cheese from Dawson's Market for dinner...
The other half a piece of Cheesecake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
I plan to stay home again tomorrow, but maybe I will be able to cajole Mr. SVegetarian into bringing in something for lunch to jazz things up around here.

Ah, bagel. Love it.

I am most struck by the chunkiness of the pickles atop your Grillers. Very delicious looking.

I'm sure Mister will happily oblige. :)

That was a good day of eats! All the burritos/wraps/whatever they call them from that shop have looked amazing and full of such a great mix of ingredients- peanut sauce makes everything better. The pickle pile and mustard next to the tomato make a nice color composition in your dinner shot- very modern art-y.

Those burritos looked pretty good!

Riddle me this: if a cheesecake has peanut butter in it, does it too become a Bangkok-style cheesecake?

Hey Now!!!!!

Ingrid, those are Bubbie's Sweet Pickle Chips. They're pretty expensive. I don't feel they're worth the cost.

Unknown, I was very pleased with how the Burrito pics came out. Better than Chipotle Bowl pics.

1eded7a4-91c0-11e2-bd5a-000bcdca4d7a, thanks! I'm ready to see some of your Colorado grub. We've got Ingrid in Denver. We need another perspective.

Hannah, alas, no. The Cheesecake would need some Lime and Salt to elevate it to Bangkokian style...
