I didn't know if you'd be able to top yesterday's reuben, but today's breakfast/dessert combo just may have done it! :)

I would eat pancakes every morning if I had the time to make them. (Not really. But nice job; I approve.)
I really just want the cookies. Cookie crisp for breakfast.

Cookies and ice cream, yes.

I always enjoy the tofu with cashews lunch, great choice.

Either that's the largest fork known to man, or you made pikelets, not pancakes.

Looks like a perfect day! I love that you put your cookies in milk. Saves so much time in dunking them one by one. When I was a teen, I used to chunk up Oreos in a mug and pour milk over them, then eat them with a spoon. Memories!

YEEEEEEEES!! Those pancakes look amazing! And the tofu with cashews also looks amazing. I haven't eaten that in I can't even tell you how long.

Yay for ice cream! I just picked some up today! You'll have to check out my post today to see why, ha!

Hey Now!!!!

GFHTummy, the Pancakes and Ice Cream really go down fast though...Unlike fresh unprocessed foods. Wish I ate the rainbow like you!

FF, I made the entire batch of Pancakes last Saturday and just heat em up in the oven for 10 minutes when I 'need' some. Not as healthy as your normal breakfasts, so you should stick with those.

Ingrid, hard to go wrong with Cashew anything.

Hannah, they're 'Pikelets', aka, 'Silver Dollar Pancakes' on this side of the globe.

Blessed Mama, I had to wait till independent adult-hood to crumble my Cookies into Ice Cream. Doubt my mother would've let me do that at any time. I could have Ice Cream or Cookies, but both?! No way!

VaVa, looking forward to reading your Fun Friday post. I'll get there soon...
