This is supposed to be a deep 'Wordless Wednesday' post, where the reader ponders the images.
I know it is Tuesday, but the eats are seen way too often on this blog.
This post may be 90% wordless, but the grub was 100% delicious.
Ingrid and all her Macaroon talk compelled me to buy this big Cookie...good stuff.
More of the same tomorrow.

The macaroon does look pretty tasty! As does the rest of your day.
Even if you don't capture a photo, snuggle a kitty for me.
Ooh I like that brand of cookies but I've never seen that flavor. Deep questions arise. What about those Irish sticks? When is too late? Does time even exist? Does time exist in Shens fridge, where everything stays fresh forever?
Oh man that cookie looks amazing. Your desserts are always amazing. Your food day as a whole looks really great too. I am seriously craving some cold cereal now.
So you are one of those "morning people" i have heard of.....
The eats looks good- wordless or not. Pretty broccoli in the pic!
Ive never seen a flat macaroon...
The japanese eggplant dish is at like every sushi place, maybe called sauteed eggplant with miso sauce or grilled or everyone calls something different. Sauteed with a bit of oil and soy mix and tossed/served with miso deliciousness, usually an appetizer.

Hey Now!!!
Ingrid, kitties have been duly snuggled.
FF, excellent question. I can make the Shillelaghs now and they'll still be fresh by St. Patricks Day 2014. But that's just not my M.O.
VaVa, I have a few of your amazing Cookies left as well.
Unknown, I'm definitely not a morning person. There lies the rub. Additionally, there is no Japanese Eggplant dish in the D.C. area. Seriously. It hasn't reached us yet.
