WTF Tuesday

Eggless Egg Salad on a toasted Rudi's English Muffin for breakfast...
Grilled Chicken Salad from Roots for lunch...(I added the Tomato for pizazz)...
Vegan Grillers with Daiya and Fingerling Potatoes for dinner.
A half a piece of Double Chocolate Fudge Cake from Sweet and Natural with So Delicious Coconut Milk Coconut Ice Cream for dessert. Could  Rambling Vegan's Brownie Sundae at Babe's have been any better? Maybe a little.
Our Croci (Crocus plural) came up today. Just in time to get buried under the foot of snow we're expecting tonight.
Hopefully, the deer will eat the Croci before the snow hits.
More WFH grub tomorrow...

Double chocolate cake with ice cream sounds good to me in any combo! That chicken salad looks really great, too.

I'm extremely jealous that you have flowers there, but not jealous at all of the foot of snow you're expecting. Hopefully you get lucky like we did today and it missed you completely (we were supposed to be 7 inches today & got zero).

That tomato definitely adds pizzazz ;) Great looking meals today and I'm especially loving that dessert. Although the fingerlings are a close second. Mmmm.

Oh and PS the flowers are so pretty! Too bad the snow is coming, yikes! Stay safe and warm!

Beautiful flowers. Lucky you with the deer in the neighborhood. We occasionally have a fox, so I have to hide Remy as he is meal-size. I hope the snow isn't too much - or perhaps, I should hope for a lot, that way you won't have to go in to work for the rest of the week. ;)

Hey Now!!!!

RVs, it was like Wisconsin here today. We're above freezing though, so the snow will be gone by the weekend.

VaVa, you guys were supposed to get snow some as well. Hope you kept power.

Ingrid, glad to hear you are keeping Remy safe from those who would consider him an Hors DeVours. Believe me, I'm totally milking this snow event for all its worth.
