Friday, March 1st

Blah Blah Blah Breakfast...
Lunch at PF Changs was the usual Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps...
and MaPo Tofu...
Vegan Grillers with Daiya and Sweet Potato Fries with Artichoke Dip with Roasted Red Peppers for dinner.
No dessert. Not the most exciting day, but it all tasted good.

How many lettuce wraps did they give you? The serving presentation is very interesting. Goop on greens.

The lettuce wraps look soooooo good. I've wanted to try them for a while but I've never gotten there to do so. The Ma Po tofu looks great as always :) How is the lettuce wrap filling seasoned?

I keep thinking about trying out the PF Changs in Milwaukee because it always looks great when you eat there.

Have a great weekend!

I feel sad that the breakfast is so blah for you.... Is it yummy and satisfying but you're in a rut? Or boring and blah....? I have nearly the same bfast every day but its a happy delicious green smoothie with almond butter kind of rut.
I have never been to pf changs but i would be on board with those lettuce wraps!
Sweet potato fries are brilliant, and with that dip it sounds like a killer combo.
Maybe dessert for breakfast in the morning?

Oooh, the lettuce wraps are looking particularly appealing. I like the combo of hot filling and cold / crunch.

Happy Weekend, Shen!

Hey Now!!!!

FF, PF Changs always gives four leaves/wraps. You put the goop on the greens yourself. They don't serve it pre-gooped.

VaVa, funny you should ask what is in the Lettuce Wrap filling, because my Mother asked me the same thing. I'm not sure of the specifics but I believe it's chopped Tofu, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots and Celery in a Hoison Sauce.

RVs, PF Changs is a good choice when dining with omnis. You would not pass by the Riverwest Coop to eat there.

Unknown, the PB & Banana combination never gets boring for me, just for the blog. It's 'Blah Blah Blah Breakfast' because I can't think of anything to say about it. I'll change it to 'Yadda Yadda Yadda Breakfast'. Folks in NYC should never waste a meal at big corporate chain.

Ingrid, what about you? Have you been to PF Changs? They're always packed when I'm there.
