Could have been a greener color. Still working on recreating that NYC Bagel schmear.
More of the Grilled Chicken Salad from Roots for lunch...
Leftover Spaghetti from Monday night for dinner.
Half a Peanut Butter Cookie from Great Sage for dessert.
Pretty g*damn delicious. And gorgeous.
The Croci were still intact as the snow receded today. Nature is resilient.Groupon lunch out with Mom tomorrow.

Wow, I don't think I've seen pesto cream cheese here. Yr doin' alright there. VERY delicious looking cookie.
That schmear is definitely NYC worthy ;) I haven't heard of pesto cream cheese before, it sounds so good! Pasta leftovers are always good and that is one seriously yummy looking cookie! Glad you enjoyed it!
Pesto Cream Cheese sounds tasty, especially on an everything bagel.
Spaghetti leftovers always taste good.
Look at that cookie - only half? Such discipline.
P.S. It took me forever to type this post, as initially Remy demanded that I type with one hand, that the other might be available for tummy scratching. Also, my guess is Mexican food with Mom.
That is a seriously creative schmear! (Note to self: buy tofutti and pesto)
Half. Of a cookie is a unit of measure i don't really understand.... Same category as "leftover wine" if you ask me.
Glad the flowers lived- maybe the spring optimism will be contagious?

I'm not a big cream cheese fan but I'd definitely try that pesto flavor.
The cookie is perfection. I'd have a really hard time stopping myself at half of it.
Hey Now!!!!
FF, I did do well, didn't I?
VaVa, you're too kind. I just need a little more practice to get to that NYC level of schmearing. Not gonna be be easy, but it's good to have a goal.
Ingrid, you are slipping on the lunch predictions. I hope you aren't slipping on the tummy scratches as well.
Unknown, I agree, it is much more economical to just mix Tofutti with some Pesto, however, I'm telling you the cookie was humongous! No way you could've eaten the entire thing.
RVs, wow, you are getting pickier by the day! No Cream Cheese, no Olives, no Mustard...those are like the three major food groups.
