WTF Thursday

I WFH today just so I could enjoy a Garlic Bagel for breakfast and practice my NYC Shmearing technique.
The last of the Beyond Meat Grilled Chicken Salad from Roots for lunch. So over it. For now.
Morningstar Vegan Grillers with Daiya and Macaroni & Cheese from Dawson's Market for dinner.
A Carrot Cake Cupcake with lots of Creme Cheese Frosting from Roots for dessert.
A Groupon lunch out with Mom tomorrow after an LPQ Muffin for breakfast.

You had a very delicious day at home! The chicken salad looks like something I'd eat a lot of. Like you, though, I get over stuff and have to take a break from it for a while.

Beautiful looking cupcake. You get the best desserts.

I think you've perfected the NYC schmear. An inch high and haphazardly applied. A+ for technique!

I've been falling for bagels again, they are too good to leave for long.

Vava above is right, your schmear has reached professional level. That looks like an intense amount of garlic on the bagel and plate!
The mac and cheese "muffin" is such a fun shape for food.... And great for just one serving
The cupcake shot is awesome- like half cake and half frosting! Fork needed?
I will have to try the hemp milk, i remember seeing at trader joes ...
Sounds like a great plan for friday with continuation of muffin motif

VaVa, it's not my nature to be haphazardly with food, but I'm really trying with the schmear. Still not to my satisfaction. If only I could get to NYC for an actual demo.

Ingrid, thanks, it's tough to get a critter pic in focus.

Unknown, no way I've reached professional schmearing level. If you could post some pics of NYC bagels with Tofutti, that would really help my technique. No fork with the Cupcake, it was A LOT of frosting.
