Tuesday, December 25th

The last of my Pumpkin Waffles for breakfast.
Lunch was the 'Vegetarian Box' $19.95 at Legal Seafoods. Stir-Fried Vegetables, Coconut Curry Sauce, Cashews, Tofu and Brown Rice.
Dinner was the $14.95 Christmas Menu that I carried out from Loving Hut.
Formulated by local vegan Cooking Instructor, Mimi Clark. I liked the Scalloped Potatoes the best. We saved the Corn Chowder for another night.
While we had a White Christmas, it was too foggy to get great pics.
Lots to investigate.
Teddy isn't to be trusted outside without a leash. She will immediately tear down the driveway and up the street.
Molly loved it so much.
Too stuffed for dessert. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

You have more snow than we do! It looks like the dogs had a blast in it. Emma & Rowan are not to be trusted off leash, either.

Delicious looking day. Merry Christmas!

Guess who also had the Vegetarian Box at Legal Seafoods today? That would be me (and Sweetie). I asked them to add spinach this time & they did. Great dog pics. You got more snow than us up here in Connecticut too. Merry Christmas!

I wish it snowed here! We got some flurries but that's it. I want Haxan to play in it.
The Loving Hut meal sounds very well put together. Lucky you.

Wow you guys got a lot of snow!! Glad the pups had a chance to enjoy it! So adorable!

Looks like a great day of eats for Christmas. The Loving Hut sure does know how to put together a great meal. The corn chowder sounds great too, can't wait to see that!

Merry Christmas!

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, do Emma & Rowan suddenly pretend they're deaf and/or don't know their names when they're off leash? The only way to get our Teddy back is to sing 'Peanut Buttah!'.

Miss Rachel, can't say I envy your Xmas meal. I wasn't too impressed with my Vegetarian Box this time. Maybe they made it better up there in New England.

FF, I am pretty sure cats don't like playing in the snow. Just FYI...

VaVa, Corn Chowder does sound great. Unfortunately, I cannot believe how much I have not been in a Corn Chowder mood. I so don't feel like eating Corn Chowder. Hope it passes, cuz I got a lot of Corn Chowder.
