Monday, December 24th

Tofu Scramble $10 at Busboys and Poets for breakfast. Yep, I was off work today.
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Triscuits for lunch.
Hazelnut Cranberry Roast En Croute with Imagine Mushroom Gravy and Brussels Sprouts for dinner.
An Eli's Treasure Bar for dessert.
Look at me, blogging on Christmas Eve. I'm way too into it.

Ooooh yum the breakfast of champions!!! What a perfect way to bring in the holiday :) Glad you had off from work! Can't go wrong with hummus and your dinner definitely looks festive too. Nice sweet treat to cap off the day :)

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas!! I know, I can't wait to see her open her presents :) It's nice to be able to celebrate both holidays now!!
