I brought home a vegan Tuna Sandwich for lunch. It was so massive, I had to consume it in two separate sessions. So here is part one...
TJ's Chickenless Chickn with Imagine Mushroom Gravy and Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (made with Earth Balance) for dinner.A lot of food consumed today. Should have skipped dinner entirely. Back with more tomorrow.

I just checked out their menu, and I am impressed that they offer a vegan items or two in each section. Have you tried their vegan breakfast wrap? It sounds pretty good, too.
The Tuna Sandwich sounds and looks really good, as well.
I am requesting that an animal appear on the blog this week. Please. ;)
That tofu scramble plate is seriously a thing of beauty. I'm jealous every time you get it. Perfect brunch. I remember when I was a waitress I had to split my tips with the busboys.... hope that's not the case there if they aren't doing anything. The tuna sandwich looks good, I wonder how the rest will hold up until tomorrow?
Yummy day! That sandwich looks especially good. There's a restaurant in Tucson that has a vegan tuna melt that I adore.
That's kind of strange about the busboys. I wonder what's up with that!
That brunch always look so amazing...so great the menu is so clearly labeled- i often question the understanding of vegan at restaurants.
Too bad you were so thirsty!
The "vegan tuna" always leaves me wondering- is it tofu based? With seaweed? Does it taste kind of "fishy"? Do they add the proper chopped celery and bit of pickle relish like grandma did when i was a kid? Obviously bewildered here.

Hey Now!!!!
Ingrid, I agree. The blog is in dire need of some furry faces. Will work on it.
VaVa, the Busboys were definitely doing things -- ignoring our empty glasses.
Molly, way too many Busboys, not enough Poets.
Unknown, it's a Chickpea 'Tuna' Salad and sure tastes like the real thing. PLEASE start blogging. You've got a unique voice. I want to see your grub.
