Monday, December 31st

An Adult Banana and a Baby Banana for breakfast. The Baby Banana was better.
A cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili and...
Artichokes, Hearts of Palm, Broccoli and Beyond Meat Curried Chicken Salad for lunch
Mr. SV made pizza from scratch tonight with Daiya Cheddar. I've learned that a little dab of Daiya will do ya.
I just happened to buy Vegan Friendly Sparkling Wine this year (but have now learned that previous bottles enjoyed over the past years were not vegan friendly).
Best Wishes for the New Year!

Happy New Year Shen!! Wishing you and Mr. SV lots of health, happiness and success in 2013 :)

Look how cute that baby banana is!! I've seen them around but never got them... always thought they were super cute though! Lunch looks great and homemade pizza?! Yum!!! Mr. SV did a great job, it looks delicious!! Hope you enjoyed the bubbly!! I have to live vicariously through you on that since I can't drink champagne :( Anyway, looks like a yummy and fun night, hope you had a great New Year's Eve!

I hate finding out that stuff we thought was vegan wasn't. Oh well, live and learn, right?

Happy new year, by the way! You sent 2012 off with a bang as far as your eats. Yum!

As far as I know, tempura is vegan, but I could be wrong. The only time we've ever had it is at a vegan restaurant in Tucson....

Happy New Year! Love the kitty with your champagne! I hope any headache you have this morning is from the beverage and not the Beyond Meat, as I recall it causing one in one your previous entries.

I have also learned that a dab of Daiya is plenty!

Enjoy the day off!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, and I hope to be inspired by your healthy eats this year.

Molly, thanks to the internet, we sure learn a lot of stuff. If you say Tempura is vegan then I believe it.

Ingrid, happy to report no hangover today. Enjoy your continued time off!
