WTF Thursday

TJ's Cream Cheese Cheese on Raisin Walnut Toast for breakfast.
TJ's Crispy Tenders for lunch.
Boca Burgers on TJ's WW Buns with Oven Fries for dinner.
There were tons more Fries than shown on the plate, so those were dessert. Coming up tomorrow: CPK's Roasted Vegetable Salad for lunch.

Holy yum! Raisin walnut and cream cheese?! Do I spy a little Daiya on your burger or is that mustard? Good work on oven fries for dessert.

Looking forward to seeing your CPK salad.

What a perfect food day! I'm seriously jealous of everything I see here! That toast with cream cheese looks amazing!! I used to love boca burgers with some melted daiya and you can't beat oven fries! Perfect!

Have fun at CPK tomorrow ;)

For some reason I always find it hard to find vegan burger buns. I'll have to check TJ. And then buy some burgers. Those look great.

I agree that this is a totally delicious food day. The oven fries look especially good. I usually buy my vegan burger buns at Whole Foods. They used to put honey in them, but then they stopped and now they get my vegan money.

It was a TJ kind of day for you!

I never cared for cream cheese, but haven't given the vegan version a chance yet. Maybe I should try it...

Hey Now!!!

Ingrid, you have a keen eye! That is indeed some melted Daiya on my burger. Although, I must confess, I couldn't really taste it with the bun and condiments.

VaVa, thanks. I put all GF aspirations on the back burner yesterday.

FF, god bless Trader Joe's. Their Whole Wheat Hamburger and Hot Dog Buns are vegan without a million crazy chemical ingredients.

Miss Rachel, honey in the buns was before my TJs time. I know TJs still likes to put honey in their Tortilla Shell/Wraps.

Molly, Mr. SV doesn't like Cream Cheese either. I could eat the stuff straight up out of the tub. In fact I have.
