Eggless Egg Salad from The Common Market for breakfast.
Field Roast Frankfurters and some carryout Pasta Salad from Primo Hoagies for lunch.
TJ's Chickenless Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes and Goddess Dressing for dinner. Pretty off the cuff combo, but tasted great.
Cookie Dough Ice Cream for dessert.
All the food I'm going to eat tomorrow is already prepared and packaged and waiting for me in the kitchen.

I like the dinner, actually. Simple. The pasta salad also looks good with those huge artichoke chunks.
We were going to get Field Roast franks to roast over a fire in the backyard this weekend, but the co-op was out. :( Hopefully this weekend! In the meantime, I'll have to live vicariously through you. :)
The tomatoes look so pretty. I love all of the colors.
Dinner is definitely an interesting combo but I can totally see how it would work! It looks great! The pasta salad looks great! I would love to try eggless egg salad one day but I'm so grossed out by mayo (vegan or otherwise) that I can't until I can figure out a mayoless option. Ice cream looks yummy as always :)
That is an interesting combo for dinner, the tomatoes look really yummy so makes sense it came out well.
Dinner looks very unusual but yummy. I agree with Food Feud; those artichoke hearts in your lunch definitely caught my eye.
Hey Now!!!
FF, without the Artichoke chunks, it would've been a really pathetic Pasta Salad. That's probably why they added them.
Molly, word to the wise: Always stock up on Field Roast Franks when you see them. They disappear for weeks at a time.
VaVa, no Mayo, no Olives, no Peppers, no Gluten...you're starting to sound a wee bit high maintenance after all;-)
Mary, wish I could've thought of a better way to use up the Tomatoes, but that was it.
Miss Rachel, I was lucky the Tomatoes were so photogenic.
