The Soup and Wrap Combo $7.99 from WF's for lunch. A cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili...
and a Lentil Dal Wrap. Followed by some TJ's CC Raisins.
The WF's $8 meal deal for dinner with Seitan, Bok Choy and (unseen) Asian Noodles.
The last of the Cookie Dough Ice Cream for dessert.
It was all good. Coming up tomorrow: Working from home eats.

Wow, that coffee cake looks really delicious! I'm a bit jealous obviously. I think a gluten free coffee cake may be next on my list of things to try out. That soup always looks really good, I'm excited about the cooler weather coming so I can eat some yummy soups :) Mmm cc raisins sounds so good right now. Especially sprinkled on top of some cookie dough ice cream. Great looking dinner too, especially that bok choy! Yum!
Does yr WF have a large selection of soups, or is that black bean one just yr favorite? I don't look at the soup options there too often but there are only ever 4 or 5 and none of them are this one and none ever really appeal to me! I'd like to try this kind though...
Cute little bok choys.
That kind of breakfast is good for me :-)

The ice cream is my favorite but the soup looks great as well.
I sincerely admit my sin, lusting after thy neighbor's crumb cake.
That wrap looks the bomb!
Hey Now!!!!
VaVa, CC Raisins on ice cream?! Genius! Why has no one thought of this?! Paging Ben & Jerry!
FF, negative to both -- our WF's has only a small assortment of soups and the Adobo Black Bean is usually the only vegan option. They were cute little Bok Choys.
Alessandra, cake for breakfast is an interesting sugar rush.
Mary, Cookie Dough Ice Cream is a brilliant creation isn't it?
Skinny *ss, the Crumb Cake was totally asking for it so no one blames you.
Carissa, the Wrap was the bomb. Finally a good Wrap.
