Monday, September 24th

We are now out of Bananas, so this breakfast wont be seen on the blog again for at least a week. Still good though.
Tofu and Vegetables off the WF's Hot Bar for lunch.
Eggless Egg Salad on a Big Roll for dinner.
Dessert was a half a Sheba Bar from Outpost Natural Foods in Milwaukee. Milwaukee?! Yes, that's right. The Rambling Vegans and I conducted a vegan package swap and I made out like a bandit (sort of unfair for them). Anyway, this was my first Sheba Bar: Chocolatey Caramelly Crunchy and Rich Rich Rich! Much more to come from that Wisconsin box.
Coming up tomorrow: Working from home type stuff.

Unfair my ass! What you sent us has been thoroughly enjoyed so far & I'm looking forward to posting about it. :)

I hope the bar wasn't too rich. They make them quite decadent, don't they?

How fun that you guys did a swap! That bar looks decadent and delicious! Can't wait to see what other goodies you got!

Lunch looks really amazing. The rice looks like it has some veggies in it and the tofu and veggies look delicious as well. That dinner looks great too, that roll looks huge and doughey. Yum!

I have been cooking a bit but not really posting it because it's nothing new. I'm looking to get back into the groove when I get back from Florida :) MoFo is only a few days away!

Farewell bananas. See you soon. Or maybe not - grapefruit season will be here in a few months, and you will most likely be replaced by one. And an energy bite.

What kind of Big Roll are we talking about here?

Sheba Bar?! While I don't care for chocolate pretzels, I do care for caramel and chocolate.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I did get lucky. It wasn't all cheese curds like you would think to find in a box from Wisconsin.

Molly, yes unfair your ass! You sent four different things! I only sent two different things! I need to send more stuff to you to make up for it.

VaVa, hope you get to Loving Hut again this trip.

Ingrid, I was just thinking about Grapefruit season coming up. So weird you said that. It was a big French Roll I believe. My mother got six free rolls from a local bakery. I'll link to it next time I eat one. Glad to hear you can still care for Chocolate and Caramel, because I do not know how anyone could not like Chocolate and Pretzels. Just not right.

GFHTummy, not only was the bar super decadent, I learned that 'Sheba' in reference to baked goods equals 'Chocolate'.

Mary, it was an unusually successful swap. Who knew there was such delicious goodies in Wisconsin of all places? My horizons have been broadened.

Unknown, you are the 2nd person to de-lurk due to the Naanwiches. They are worth buying just for that. I've never done an Apple & PB. I will add it to my list of things to try (along with the Fried PB & Banana Sandwich).
