The last quarter of my Vegan Treats Cheese Danish for breakfast...
Lots of Seitan Marsala and Steamed Vegetables off WF's Global Cuisine Hot Bar.
After all that lunch (as well as some TJ's Chocolate Covered Raisins), I was too full for much dinner. A cup of Mr. SV's leftover Chili was sufficient.
This Zebra Swallowtail was in our backyard when I got home from work this evening. Very exciting.
Below is a view of its undercarriage. I love the beautiful orange stripes.
Coming up tomorrow: Working from home grub.

Ooooh seitan marsala, how fancy ;) Looks really delicious, I've never seen anything like that at my Whole Foods! The steamed veggies look really great too! Chocolate covered raisins are one of my favorite treats and now I'm definitely craving some ;) Chili sounds like a great way to round out the day.
Gorgeous photo of the Zebra Swallowtail! You are getting some great critter/nature photos :)
Mixing it up with the chocolate covered raisins versus the almonds. Bold move.
Not many butterflies in this city, so I thank you for allowing me to view vicariously!
Seitan marsala, huh? Never thought of that, but it sounds good. Thanks for sharing the butterfly; definitely something nice to come home to.
Hey Now!!!!
GFHTummy, ha! It is sad that the last quarter of the Danish was due to be eaten. Fortunately, I have a whole new Danish all lined up.
VaVa, it was my first time seeing Seitan Marsala at WFs. Had to support the effort.
Ingrid, not many Butterflies in Colorado, but apparently lots of skinny people according to the news.
Miss Rachel, I had thought of Seitan Marsala before, but never saw it at WFs. It was just so so to be honest.
