WTF Tuesday

Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch Cereal with Flaxseed Milk for breakfast.
Eggless Egg Salad from The Common Market for lunch...
followed by a cup of Pistachios...
Field Roast Franks and Navy Beans from Everlasting Life Cafe for dinner.
Half a chewy Peanut Butter Cookie from Everlasting Life Cafe for dessert.
So a good food day here. Hope I do as well tomorrow.

I keep seeing flax milk when we shop and always think of you when I see it. One of these I'll have to give it a try.

Pistachios are going on my grocery list. WANT!

i am so impressed with your self-control to only eat half of a cookie -- I would definitely not be able to do that! haha and i love pistachios, they're SO delicious! and that cereal --- swoon:) have a great night!

Whoa those are some fantastic looking tomatoes.
Also, how are those navy beans flavored? At first it looked like macaroni and cheese - the sauce is so light.
I love pistachios too but always get a bag with, like, 20% of them unopenable.

Look at those tomatoes! Are those still the heirloom tomatoes from Trader Joes? That is one fantastic looking meal! Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts but I rarely eat them for some reason. Your dessert restraint is always enviable! The cookie looks yummy!

Oh my, I love the tomatoes, especially the green one. Everlasting Life Cafe looks like a great place.

I have never seen a blog that documents every meal of the day, but that is fantastic! :) Love seeing all your meals and what you ate! It is definitely a cool vegan food diary for sure that I would love to do that sometimes! Keep it up! xx

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, I do hope you buy some Flaxseed Milk. It's great. Try not to over eat the Pistachios. You'll regret it.

GFHTummy, the cookie was humongous to begin with. Half was even too much.

FF, the Navy Beans preparation appeared to be of African origination. Quite impressive. I only encountered one Pistachio yesterday that was completely sealed shut. Couldn't even use my nail file to pry it open.

VaVa, yes, those were two of my TJ's Heirloom Tomatoes. Such a fun thing. So glad I bought a box when I had the opportunity.

Miss Rachel, you have been having some Tomato luck yourself of late.

Rika, so you're saying you wish to become my blogging competition? Bring it on!
