That roasted veggie salad looks good! I would want to add portobella mushrooms, too.

It's so funny how the roasted veggie salad looks different ever single time. It does look really good though. I think it is a solid choice :)

Every time you eat this breakfast I get overwhelmed with jealousy. Cinnamon raisin bread with tofutti is perfection. The only thing better than that is breakfast for dinner! Your dinner is a perfect combo of breakfast favs!

Wow, that salad is stacked with goodies! I like the choice of breakfast for dinner and lunch for dessert. You've got me in the mood for some breakfast for dinner action...between yours and Sarah's blog today, I'm full of inspiration of what to make over the weekend!

Have a good one Shen!

Fantastic looking salad!

I've been having cinnamon raisin toast for breakfast lately. So good!

You could almost use the leftover salad veggies in your tofu scramble! What do you put in your scrambles?

Hooray for the weekend, Italian,... and pictures of animals? :)

I wish I could locate that TJ's bread. I buy a sprouted version at Trader Joe's, but JK doesn't like it. I've been working on my own version, and then, I won't have to buy it at all. Lunch looks ahhhmaaazing! And, I am very much impressed by the sheer number of slices in that sandwich dessert. Munch!

How many packs of those Yves do you buy at a time? Whenever I see them it looks like there are so few slices in there! Was this like a whole package on a sandwich?
I found (and bought, and tried) the TJ Tofutti stuff and it's just as good!

Hey Now!!!!!

Amanda J, the Roasted Veggie Salad is one of the few good things on CPK's menu. Hope it stays on there.

VaVa, and I think the Roasted Veggie Salad looks the same every time. There's lots of Avocado on it, which is great. I am really pounding the gluten these past few days. Sorry about that!

Rose, where have you been..again?! You keep 'dipping out' on us!

Molly, Cinnamon Raisin Toast is so awesome. It's not just for kids anymore.

Ingrid, leftover Salad Veggies? I ate the entire thing! You're so silly. The Scramble is just Tofu and a package of Fantastic Foods Scramble Mix. My camera batteries had to be recharged during chore time, I'll try to get some pics of the fuzzies tomorrow to liven things up around here.

Blessed Mama, Warm Toasty Cinnamon Raisin Bread with lots of EB is just was JK needs to start his day. I did use half a package of the Veggie Salami for my Sandwich but it was Friday evening and I didn't want to skimp on dessert.

FF, I know you're not a fan of the faux meats, and rightly so. If I had the food options you have, then perhaps I could make different choices. Speaking of which, I have yet to see the TJ's vegan Cream Cheese down here. Guess TJ's doesn't think there's a market for it here.

Sorry for being so remiss... between one thing and another, I'm not online as much as I used to be...I'm trying my best! :)
