Thursday, March 1st

Grapefruit with Energy Bite for breakfast.
Skinnylicious Fresh Vegetable Salad $9.95 Asparagus, Green Beans, Tomato, Cucumber, Roasted Beets, Apple, Edemame, Radicchio and Romaine with Peanut Vinaigrette at The Cheesecake Factory (where Ingrid ate with her Grandma last time she visited Virginia). This Salad was shockingly great, beautiful and fresh.
Boca Burgers with TJ's Veggie Chili and Baked Potatoes for dinner.
Half a slice of Peanut Butter Cheesecake from Vegan Treats for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: Taking a vacation day, so breakfast and lunch can be considered 'wildcards'.

Pardon me as I skip right to the salad because I miss eating salads and that one is a beauty! I knew that the Cheesecake Factory was capable of a good salad from when I had the chopped salad but that one looks fresh and vibrant and awesome! And of course the ridiculously decadent and amazing Vegan Treats dessert looks so good. Cheesecake would be the appropriate dessert to have :)

Enjoy your vacation day! Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Wow, I had no idea that the Cheesecake Factory had such a fabulous salad! We're going to have to go there sometime..... I've heard they have some sort of spring roll that can be made vegan, which I'm hoping is true.

Such amazing desserts you have lately. You're killing me!

Woo hoo! If you sat in a booth, it might have been the very seat! My list of places to visit when I return to VA is lengthy, thanks to you. :)
That's a nice looking salad.

So excited for your vacation day - and jealous! Enjoy!!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I know you recommended the Chopped Salad, but I went with the Vegetable Salad because there was only one thing I had to have them leave off (cheese), whereas, with the Chopped Salad, I believe there was at least two things (meat and cheese). I'll risk ordering the Chopped Salad next time. Hope you're able to keep down some greens soon.

Molly, I had no idea that Cheesecake Factory had anything like this either. I used to love their Avocado Egg Rolls, but they can't be veganized.

Ingrid, yes, we sat in a booth! No one had carved 'Ingrid was here' in the table though;-(. You're darn right you have a list of Virginia places to eat at now!

Alessandra, it was an excellent salad. Totally unexpected. Cheesecake Factory is mainly known for very large portions of mediocre food.
