Where's your "this was a stellar food day."??? Everything looks awesome to me! The Primavera has actual vegetables in it! The soup has kale! I don't care about Italian bread, but the green olive spread!
Good stuff.

Holy crap what a great food day!! The grape nuts always look yummy but that lunch! lots of veggies and carbs, it looks great! The soup also looks really delicious and hearty and vegetabley. If that lunch was a groupon lunch it definitely made up for the place with the fruit plate!

I love bruschetta - and this one looks spectacular! Pasta Primavera seems like a great choice, too!

I have soup envy; that is the best looking vegetable soup I have ever seen.

The bruschetta looks terrific! Great food day all around. I would pass on the olive spread, though, but Mike would love that. :)

You had tons of good food today! I seriously love grape nuts! (with loads of almond milk too, like it to be drowning in it!) and everything looks so good with tons of variety today! :D

I would be very pleased to have had that food day. And, I could have eaten the other half of all your food.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, it was a stellar food day, but the mood of the day also plays into the overall tone of the post and why don't you care about the Italian Bread?!

VaVa, yes, so glad we no longer have to go to the place with the fruit plate!

Ingrid, I must say, I made an incredible pot of soup. It might be the best vegetable soup I've ever made. I soaked 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 13 Bean Mix to add to it, so that could be part of it.

Molly, the Bruschetta was so great. Tons of Garlic and Olive Oil. Makes life worth living.

Morgan, yesterday I could not complain that my Grape Nuts were dry.

Blessed Mama, my meals could have fed two hungry vegans, and then some.

Kimberly, it was really great Italian food. I should've emphasized that more in the post.
