Kashi 7 Grain Nuggets and Flaxseed Milk for breakfast. These are like Grape-Nuts but easier on the teeth.
Field Roast Franfurters and Tater Tots for lunch.
If all these veggies were raw, everyone would be so impressed with my dinner.
WF's Red Pepper Hummus with Pizzettina Crackers for dessert. I sure do eat a lot of the same stuff over and over.
Coming up tomorrow: More of the same.

I tend to eat the same stuff over & over, too. If it weren't for Mike, my diet would be really repetitive!
All great food today, though. I could go for a few tots.
I certainly would be very impressed if you ate a soup with raw dried beans in it. Rough on the teeth, I would think.
I haven't seen Kashi's version of Grape Nuts, sounds good.
I like your soup, just the way it is!
I notice that I also repeat my eats, so you are not alone!
I'm pretty clearly of creature of habit with my meals. I always WANT to make something different but time usually isn't on my side.
Tater tots are so yummy, I'm always a bit jealous when i see them in a blog. The grape nuts-esque cereal looks really good. Your soup looks nice and chock full of veggies and if it were raw you'd be eating a salad ;)
Field Roast frankfurters - yum!
Nothing wrong with some repetition as long as your diet is pretty healthy which yours is.
Hey Now!!!!
Molly, it must be so great to have a gourmet vegan chef preparing gorgeous dinners for you. One can only dream.
FF, I'd have to rely on my saliva to break down a mouthful of beans into palatable form. Just like the cavemen.
Ingrid, this Kashi 7 stuff is great. I hope you can find it so I can hear your opinion.
VaVa, and here I think all your meals are so time consuming to prepare.
Miss Rachel, thanks! If it weren't for the blog, my diet would be so incredibly repetitive. Veggie Burgers every day.
My diet is quite the same...repetition, repetition. You know I always love to see the hummus/cracker combo! :)
