Breakfast was a Banana and TJ's Valencia Flax Seed Peanut Butter.
Lentil Dal Wrap with cup of Vegetable Soup for lunch $7.99...Half a WF's Veggie Burger with Broccoli & Baked Potatoes for dinner.
Rice Divine Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream for dessert. This is the second time I've found it melted when I went to open the freezer. It may look repulsive, but I added Peanut Butter and it was incredible.
Coming up tomorrow: Working from home. I'm pretty positive there will be a bowl of homemade Vegetable Soup for lunch or dinner, but I dare not predict anything else lest I inflame some readers who are extra sensitive to surprises.

I think when yr ice cream keeps melting in the freezer, you have the green light to eat it all at once. Glad to see ye olde banana. No surprises there. Everything is right with the world.
Oh wow, glad to be back. Sorry I was remiss in commenting over the past week. I was out of town...thought I could still keep up with the old blogs, but things just got crazier and crazier! I want one of those wraps!
The wrap looks mighty fine!
I'm so jealous that you get to work from home. You're very lucky!
Ah, yes. The wise "banana & pb".
For comparison and bragging purposes, is your vegetable soup better than WF's?
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream consumption is permitted, and recommended, in all states of melting / freeze.
Can't go wrong with peanut butter and banana for breakfast! That wrap looks amazing and your dinner looks all nice and balanced as well :) I'm personally a fan of melty ice cream, especially melty ice cream topped with peanut butter. I bet your veggie soup is far superior to WFs.
Hey Now!!!!!
FF, yes, everything was right with the world yesterday morning. Now everything is back to being wrong again.
Rose, no excuse. We need to know where you went.
Molly, I am indeed lucky to work from home two days a week. It's a constant internal struggle of comparing my current work 'benefits' of telecommuting and vacation time to the opportunities presented by a new job with more money.
Ingrid, as a Denver resident, I accept your expert opinion on freezing and melting so I finished the ice cream tonight.
VaVa, melty ice cream is definitely superior to frozen. It's just a bad surprise when you find your ice cream pre-melted.
