WFH Wednesday

Lunch was an Italian Deli Tofurky Sandwich on an Ezekiel English Muffin.
Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with Mustard & Caper Sauce and Rainbow Chard.

how do you cook chard? is it a frying pan sort of deal? i've never tried it and i think i would like to.
