Another Okay Food Day

Lunch was BBQ Seitan and Kale from Whole Food's Healthy Bar. Unfortunately, WFs pulled all the Kombucha off the shelves due to something about high alcohol content. I hope it comes back soon.
Dinner and dessert were all rolled into one -- TJ's Valencia PB & Banana Sandwich on Ezekiel Toast.
Lots of Charles Shaw Cabernet.

thats interesting about the alcohol in the kombucha.love that dinner/dessert combo:)for a sweet,ive been making almond chocolate milk.i mix almond milk with chocolate flavored stevia. did i tell you im trying that E2L diet?

i wanna come over and eat with you! everything looks so yummy. i remember when i first discovered peanut butter and banana sandwiches and i was in heaven!

Michelle, why are you on that diet? What about those gorgeous subs from your local deli?

Jessica, I, too, remember being introduced to the PB & Banana sandwich. It took a little time to process that combination in my mind.

Stacy, don't get too excited. Kombucha is good, but not that good.

i dont know why im on that diet....slaps head*

just to be as healthy and close to real food as i can get. i like a challenge...um im a masochist..to lose a few pounds i gained from stress over the last few months....lol.

i know my sandwiches have turned into eds deli salads that are pathetice. olives and avocado are what makes it so great. and both those foods are limited.

oh did i mention, everybody else is doing it?
