Lunch was Curried Tempeh Salad with Tomatoes on Ezekiel Bread. Route 11 BBQ Chips on the side.
It was almost 100 degrees outside today, so as to avoid turning on the oven, dinner was another stove top recipe: Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans. The Gnocchi was from Big Lots.
It was very tasty, but I doubt I'll make it again.
Dessert was a scoop of Dulce De Leche with an Uncle Eddie's Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie.
Lots of Black Swan Cabernet Sauvignon.

I keep meaning to try to make some homemade gnocchi but it seems so labor-intensive. This looks great!

gnocchi, i love that stuff great hbig lots find:) they used to have stuffed peppers and stuffed eggplant that was so cheap!...i mean, inexpensive...im classy remember?
